Returns
Our returns policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unfortunately unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Several types of items are excluded from being returned. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only a partial refund will be given (where applicable)
Books showing clear signs of use
CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes or vinyl records that have been opened
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts for reasons not attributable to us.
Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refund (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and checked, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time for your refund to be officially processed.
Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is credited.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only full-price items can be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at Hello@ambiore.co
Shipping
If you wish to return your product, please email us at Hello@ambiore.co to obtain the return address.
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return postage will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your replacement product to reach you may vary.
